How do I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

We offer 2 types of exchanges:

• Fast Exchange: (Ship Replacement Now) We create a separate order for your replacement item and ship it immediately upon payment. You will receive a refund for the original item once it is returned and inspected.

• Standard Exchange: (Wait for Return) You return the original item, and we will ship your replacement item after receiving and processing the return. We will collect or refund any payment difference, if necessary.

To request an exchange, submit a Return Request. One of our team members will contact you with return shipping details and instructions.
