Non-final sale items may be returned within 30 days of shipment if they are in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items (including made-to-order items, items with custom finishes, markdown, and discontinued products) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To request a return, submit a Return Request. One of our team members will contact you with return shipping details and instructions. Additional information and documentation may be required.

Refunds may incur a credit processing fee of up to 3%. Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.

NOTE: Please do not ship items prior to receiving return authorization and instructions, as some items may be returned to a facility other than their point of origin.
