Non-final sale items may be returned within 30 days of shipment (determined by the shipping carrier’s pick-up date) if they are in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items (including made-to-order items, items with custom finishes, markdown, and discontinued products) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
To request a return, submit a Return Request. One of our team members will contact you with return shipping details and instructions. Additional information and documentation may be required.
Refunds may incur a credit processing fee of up to 3%. Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.
NOTE: Please do not ship items prior to receiving return authorization and instructions, as some items may be returned to a facility other than their point of origin.
