When will I get my refund?Updated a month ago

Returns will generally be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing – usually much quicker.

You will receive an email when the return is complete and a refund is issued. Depending upon your bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account (again, this process is often much quicker).

If you don’t see a refund on your account, your bank may have completed a reversal, meaning the original charge disappears instead of a separate refund.

If you still can’t find the refund, contact our Support Team. We can provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for Visa and MasterCard purchases. Your bank can use this number to track the refund.
