When will I get my refund?Updated 10 days ago
Returns are generally processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing – usually much quicker.
You will receive an email when the return is complete and a refund is issued. Refunds are usually posted to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending upon your bank.
If you don’t see a refund on your account, your bank may have completed a reversal, meaning the original charge disappears instead of a separate refund.
If you still can’t find the refund, contact our Support Team. We can provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for Visa and MasterCard purchases. Your bank can use this number to track the refund.
