Exclusions to Free Shipping
- Delivery Outside Contiguous US: If you’re shipping outside the contiguous United States, please contact our Support Team before placing your order to determine eligibility and shipping rates.
- Freight: Items weighing 150 lbs or more, or items deemed oversize by parcel carriers, must ship via freight (LTL). A freight fee of $150 per pallet is applied at checkout. However, please note that BDS Suspension, Zone Offroad and Rough Country freight items are still shipped free of charge.
- Tires: A shipping fee of $15 per tire is applied at checkout.
Depending on the weight and number of items in your order, orders may be shipped by ground (parcel) or LTL (palletized). Please be aware that once an item has been shipped, it cannot be re-routed or modified. Trucks R Us is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address associated with your account. You can also find your order status and tracking information on your Account page. Tracking information is typically updated within one business day of shipping (note that some carriers may take longer).
Damaged & Missing Items
Upon receipt, please inspect all orders for completeness, accuracy, and damage. If packaging appears damaged, photograph the damage before removing any wrapping or opening any packaging, as this documentation may be required for a shipping carrier claim. Damage should be reported to customer support within 1 business day of delivery. Additional documentation (e.g. photos, statement of damage) may be required.
If the shipping carrier requires a signature for a parcel or Bill of Lading, ensure that any damage or missing items are thoroughly annotated on the signature document. You may also elect to refuse the shipment. Failure to document damage or missing items at the time of signature may result in a denial of your claim.
