In the event a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but cannot be located, please note that most shipping carriers require a 24-48 hour waiting period after the marked delivery time before a claim can be initiated.
If you are not able to locate your package after the 24-48 hour waiting period, please contact our Support Team.
Exception: Most carriers provide proof of delivery, which may include a photograph of the package at its destination. If the destination shown in the photograph is incorrect, we may be able to file a claim sooner.
