Limitations and Exceptions

Please be aware that price matching may not be possible under the following conditions:

• Manufacturer Pricing Restrictions: If the competing retailer is advertising a price that falls below the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines.

• Company Cost: If the price match would result in the sale being at or below our company cost (including shipping costs).

• Use of Other Discounts: Price-matched items are generally not eligible for additional discounts, such as public service discounts.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please provide a clear screenshot of the retailer’s product page. We will need to verify the following information:

• The full URL (web address) of the product page.

• The brand name and exact part number of the item.

• The advertised price.

• The retailer's current shipping charges and any associated fees.
