Can I place an order over the phone?Updated a month ago

Our Support Team is happy to assist with order creation over the phone, especially for orders involving shipping quotes, custom discounts, or special order items.

However, please note that all balances must be paid online. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we cannot accept credit card information over the phone. Orders generated over the phone will have an invoice emailed for online payment via our web portal.
